Self Storage FAQ
What are your rates and fees?
There is no application fee. We do require a deposit. We have rates that are competitive with other businesses in the area.
What size units do you have and what size do I need?
We have a self storage professional that can help you determine the size of the storage unit you need. We have everything from a closet-sized unit to a garage-sized unit. Simply ask for more details.
Do I need a lock?
We ask that you provide your own lock for your unit. You can purchase the lock from us in our office. We do not know your combination or hold keys.
Do I have to sign a lease?
You will have a month to month contract. You can move out at any time, and we will not lock you into something that is long term.
When do I have access to my unit?
You can use your gate code from 6AM to 9PM every day. Also, you can request special access if you are in a unique situation. We restrict access in this way for your safety.
How secure are my belongings?
You use your own personal access code. We have security software that checks on the gates at all times, and we know who comes and goes. Your items are safe because of our security protocols.
Do I need insurance?
We have insurance that we offer through a third party company, or you can purchase your own insurance. Your homeowners insurance may cover these units, but you need to check with them. Our insurance only covers our building and not your belongings.
What types of payments do you accept?
We take cash, check, Visa, MasterCard. We offer automatic payments which is the preferred method choice. The choice is yours.
Do you sell boxes?
You can stop by the manager’s office to purchase boxes and other packaging supplies. We carry a large array of moving boxes that will help you move your items in and out of the space as you need.
What kinds of things cannot be stored in a unit?
Hazardous materials and toxic chemicals cannot be stored in the unit. We have a list of forbidden items that you can check at the office. We must strictly forbid certain items based on our insurance regulations.
